Luxury Chianti Wine Tour
Okay you know your Chianti wine and expect only the best. This luxury one day Chianti Classico tour includes a unique private lunch and two very special wine tastings.
The first stop is a small, highly regarded producer offering a Chianti Classico Reserve and two exceptional “Super Tuscans”. One Sangiovese-Merlot & 100% pure Merlot which can be found on the wine lists of Italy’s top restaurants. The second a visit to the private Antinori cellars for a tour and tasting.
Our first small family operated vineyard is truly exceptional and available only to Best Tuscan Tours guests. You lunch and taste in the private home of the owners followed by a tour by classic army jeep of their estate. Visit the estates perfectly restored consecrated chapel dating from 1500 A.D.
Weather permitting this intimate lunch is “al Fresco” by the pool. Wine can be purchased and shipped directly to your home. How special is this visit? Well this vineyard is an official supplier to the Vatican.

Itinerary
* 9 A.M. pick up your Florence or Siena based lodgings;
* Private luxury transfer to Greve in Chianti for sightseeing and visit with Tina our local wine and cheese expert
at Café Le Logge for an aperitivo;
* Transfer to San Donato for private lunch tour and tasting with vineyard owners;
* Return transfer Florence or Siena lodgings approximately 6 P.M.
